• Handle full spectrum of HR operation and administration
• Involved in recruitment, performance review, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Conduct orientation to new employees
• Conduct general HR administrations such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter and etc.
• Application of work pass processing and application
• Keep records of staff MC, leaves, attendance and overtimes.
• Perform general office admin duties including ordering of stationery and pantry supplies.
• Handle payroll management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in HR administrative
• Diploma in HR is an added advantage
