Role Overview

This is an entry level role and will provide the successful application with on-the-job training and vast exposure to the fast-paced financial markets. Role Responsibilities:

•Promote TP ICAP group.

•Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems.

•Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

•Keep trade records up to date.

•Update real-time electronic whiteboards with market data.

•Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders.

•Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Responsible for the dining experience of guest at Violet Oon ensuring their complete satisfaction from the moment of arrival till departure.
2. This service objective is achieved through proper preparation of all beverages, presentation and cleanliness of the bar. Ensuring compliance to established service standards.
3. Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations of government agencies pertaining to safety and sanitation codes.
4. Ensure beverage sales targets are met through upselling and promoting beverages to guests.

Reduce wastage and spillage.

1. Prepare all mis-en place are completed before operation. e.g. Garnishes, Glassware.
