1. Product Positioning and Packaging Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the positioning of Vitasoy products, ensuring a compelling value proposition within the market.
• Work closely with the Product Development division to understand the unique features and benefits of Vitasoy offerings.
• Lead the integration of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions into the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with Vitasoy's commitment to environmental responsibility and market and category expansion.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new Vitasoy products, considering pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.

3. Market Segmentation:

• Analyse target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing approaches that resonate with Vitasoy's audience.
• Implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Vitasoy's customer base.

4. Brand Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Vitasoy brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Monitor Vitasoy brand performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

5. Campaign Management:

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for Vitasoy products, incorporating digital, print, events, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse results to refine future initiatives.

6. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with internal teams at Vitasoy, including Sales, Global Marketing, Regulatory, Product Development, Finance, and Production fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Collaborate effectively with external partners, such as distributors in different geographies and marketing partners/agencies, to maximize Vitasoy's market reach and product availability.

7. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget for Vitasoy, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Provide regular budget updates and reports specifically tailored to Vitasoy's financial objectives.

8. Commercial Planning and Market Research:

• Formulate and execute targeted commercial sales & marketing plans for Vitasoy products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research within the tofu and beverage industry, to inform and optimise marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven minimum 5 years experience in commercial/ sales/ marketing roles within the FMCG industry, with a track record of successful product launches and market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data within the context of the plant-based product market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing marketing teams and projects, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly as they relate to plant-based and sustainable products.

Job Purpose

You are required to provide underwriting support for all product lines in New Business Underwriting (NBU)

The Job

• Underwrite new applications for life, accident & health and long term care proposals
• Lead a team of underwriters, countersign their work and provide guidance to them
• Provide underwriting advice & support for financial planners through e-booking, emails and phone calls
• Provide critical liaison and build strong business relationship between NBU and distribution channels
• Conduct underwriting training for distribution channels
• Project management, e.g. reviewing underwriting guidelines, reviewing & streamlining work processes to support business operations
• Ensure all department KPIs are achieved
• Continuous Customer Engagement: to keep the financial planners updated on a continuous basis throughout the assessment of new business applications - through phone calls, emails and meetings (if required). This would include sharing details of the queries raised, possible options to expedite case closures and for postponed or declined cases. To ensure that we proactively engage with the financial planners and provide best in class customer service.
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices

Our Requirements

• Degree with at least 8 years’ experience in underwriting Life, Accident and Health risks
• Non-degree holders who have relevant experience or certification in underwriting may be considered
• Good team player with strong analytical skills & ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes

Scrub Nurse / Operating Theatre Nurse

Salary: $3500 - $5000

Working Hours: 5.5 days- Staggered Hours from 7am -11pm (rotating shifts) ; Sat (4 hours depending on the roster); alt Sat upon confirmation.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and perform all surgical procedures in a sterile manner, observing all principles of asepsis and sterility.
• Coordinate and prepare surgical equipment, instrument and consumables specific to the daily surgical list and preferences of surgeon
• Conduct a full count of instruments and accessories before the start of an operation, after the closure of any major cavity, and the end of the operation
• Handle all sharps and contaminated waste in a safe and effective manner
• Participate in the assisting of safe anaesthetic care for general, regional and deep sedation anaesthesia
• Perform scrubbing, circulating and recovery duties
• Provide pre & post-operative care for patients
• Assist with cleaning and transferring of patient to the recovery area
