Primarily qualitative with a small quantitative component, the project examines selected MLLPC and TLLPC core programs over a 5 or 10-year period. It involves conducting interviews with selected individuals or groups who have participated in the core programs/activities. The target groups are secondary/post-secondary students learning Malay Language, teachers, parents, and the general public.

Provide effective HR support to the employees in HR matters. To support various HR functions with business units by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors.
