Job Responsibilities
• Execute daily accounting tasks, including AR, AP, and GL functions and prepare financial statements/reports.
• Enhance and maintain the organization's administrative and accounting processes.
• Budgeting, financial data analysis and cash flow planning.
• Liaise with the Company Secretary for the Board matters including preparing for the board meetings.
• Assist with HR, payroll, admin and procurement matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentation slides.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; preferable with ACCA qualification.
• Min. 5 years working experience in Finance/Accounting, including full sets of accounts with some supervisory/managerial experience.
• In-depth knowledge of and adherence to Financial Reporting Standards.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in HR Operations and Admin.
• Familiarity of MOM regulations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint to prepare reports and documents.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Forward-thinking and a problem solver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to details.
• Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Practical experience in preparing for board meeting and coordinating with corporate secretary (Good to have).
