• To contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching.

Requirements:

• With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and conduct onboarding programs.
• Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and conduct regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development and implementation of research projects focused on the Social Welfare Industry in Singapore
• Conducting data analysis to address queries from stakeholders
• Conducting literature reviews (e.g. on tool validation and evaluation frameworks)

Requirements

What you will do

The associate manufacturing will be required to work on a rotational overnight shift to support daily production requirements. Operations, maintenance and analytical testing will be performed as required according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Plans. The associate manufacturing will perform and monitor critical processes, execute routine validation protocols, and prepare documents such as Batch Records, SOPs and assist in technical reports. They will perform basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions. The associate manufacturing may participate on cross-functional teams, and may identify, recommend and implement improvements related to routine functions.

• Responsible for manufacturing synthetic API’s and executing manufacturing duties
• Support daily production requirements throughout the facility
• Ensure that operations, maintenance and analytical testing be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Plans

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and 2 years of directly related experience OR
• Associate’s Degree in Science or Engineering and 4 years of directly related experience OR
• High School Diploma in Science or Engineering / GED and 6 years of directly related experience
