DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To liaise with client’s representatives, consultants, contractor and local authorities.
· To coordinate design development and prepare drawing fits for construction, authority submission and tender exercise.
· To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
· To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances.
· Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
· Should have aptitude, skills specifically for project management in medium to high end mixed developments.
· Able to think strategically and good leadership skills.
· Planning, designing and coordinating of all related project architectural matters, where applicable. In the day to day duties of the project’s administration.
· Study and review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to company standard and requirements.
· Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
· Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues.
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
· Must possess at least a Degree in Architecture, preferably Part II architects.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural practice, e.g. development of master plans, residential, high rise, offices and alteration works, etc)
· Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
· Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts.
· Good client management and project management skills
· Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as Microstation, Photoshop and Sketchup is preferred
