Sales and Customer Service:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end work pass administration including but not limited application, renewal, issuance and cancellation of work passes for internal, external and outsourced workers timely.
• Maintain work pass administration record tracking and follow-up closely on all work pass transaction.
• Ensure the entire work pass administration in compliance with MOM Rules & Regulations.
• Advise and monitor all employment medical check-ups for workers.
• Liaise with MOM and clients on workers or work pass matters.
• Troubleshoot and rectify MOM application issues

• Familiar with financial products (Remittances, FX/MM, FX/MM Derivatives, such as various exotic option types, IRS, CCS, OIS and REPO) as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks related to the trade processing and settlement of these products.
• Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types.
