JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Report to Project Director/ Principal on a weekly basis on project and team related performance.
2 Responsible for all areas of the professional architecture consultancy process including design, preparation of presentations materials, design documentation and project administration.
3 Manage and lead a team of Executive directors, Architectural technicians, CAD consultants, and ensure efficiency and productivity of team member’s performance.
4 Ensure WOW design standards are met.
5 Ensure WOW SOPs are maintained.
6 Responsible for team member’s performance, training and moral.
7 Competent with all authority code compliances.
8 Ensure Client’s brief and budgets are met.
9 Ensure timely submissions for all deadline commitments.
10 Project manage Client’s representative and Consultant relationship.
REQUIREMENTS
1 Minimum Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
2 Minimum 8 years relevant experience I architectural draughtsmanship and technical experience.
3 Proficient with the latest versions of BIM (Revit Architecture), AutoCAD, project information databases and specification writing.
4 Experience in preparing and developing coordinated layouts, elevations, cross sections and specifications.
5 Experience in large-scale mixed-use projects.
6 Experience with Singapore Authority e-submission procedure and statutory code requirements.
7 Self motivated, organized and enthusiastic.
