• Constant improvement of skills as required to provide the best industry standard.
• Work with funeral team to ensure timeliness of funeral schedule.
• Assist Funeral Advisors for smooth operations when required.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in Embalming.
• Possesses embalming certification from a recognised embalming school / association.
• Knowledge of embalming standards and practices
• Proficient in embalming all types of cases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews and contract preparation.
• Build relationships with polytechnics and universities for internship and talent acquisition

• Oversee work pass related matters, including applications, renewals, appeals, cancellations and quota management
• Establish strong connections with service providers by evaluating performance, negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.

Job Requirements:

• Min degree in HR management or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant experience preferably from hospitability or F&B industry
• Experience in payroll management and work pass application preferred
• Proactive, independent and possess strong leadership skills.
