Requirements

• 10 years of experience as Technical Engineer with Managerial level in either ceramic or chemical materials industry.
• 5 years or more of experience in :

1. Handling technical topics with multiple regions (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia)
2. Communicating with factory and related departments in Japan.
3. Handling Chemical products (Thermal compounds and die attach pastes) for more than 10 years with the understanding of technical solutions to realize effective technical support to customer, including the knowledge of chemical product design & composition of ingredients.

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Conversation and reading comprehension in Japanese is required for the reporting to KYOCERA Corporation.
• Detail knowledge about the market and trend of ceramic package, ceramic substrate and also chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste.
• Professional technical knowledge of chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste which is based on actual experience to provide best matching material to customer.
• Skills to create new design concept and judge development direction of chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste.
• Skills to catch the latest and future technical needs of customers located in Vietnam, India and Asia Pacific region, also handle to effect actual new products which is based on KYOCERA Corporation Headquarters direction.
• Skills of new business support function implementation from technical point of view which can contribute for business expansion plan in Vietnam, India and other Asia Pacific region.
• Customers locate in Vietnam, India and Asia Pacific region, it is required to be able to travel multiple location frequently and communicate with various diversity.

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel. This includes ensuring the highest standards of customer service, optimizing hotel operations, maximizing profitability, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The General Manager will lead a team of department heads and staff to achieve the hotel's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Financial Management:

• Review and manage the hotel's budget, including revenue and expenditure forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Develop comprehensive project management plan including scheduling, resource planning, capacity planning and ensure quality assurance.

• Manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.

• Assure effective project management, smooth and timely communication with all parties involved, in particular with the representatives of the customer.

• Sell variation orders to reach financial objectives.

• Provide regular project management reports for Work In Progress (WIP) review.

• Follow the process oriented Project Management from award until handover including all statutory requirement and deliverables.

• Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirement of the processes and quality hold points defined in the work instructions (WI).

• Sign off as defined in ON 17100 for projects, execute all contractual terms to continuously protecting Schindler's financial entitlement.

• Lead the project team and assign adequate authorities and responsibilities.

• Attract, retain and develop employees to meet project needs.
