Job Duties & Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Responsible for the success of projects in collaboration with the relevant business stakeholders & larger LV_NEO community.
• Define and lead projects, deploy new solutions and enhance existing solutions for South Asia markets.
• Manage & document requirements and fit-gap analysis, understanding end-to-end data flows & business impact.
• Define & execute IS test campaigns successfully and support UAT.

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure strong stability of the systems supporting business processes in Louis Vuitton stores.

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing Learning & Organisational Development, preferably in the health, healthcare or service sectors. This may include competency framework development, designing and curating developmental roadmaps and programmes, capability and learning needs analysis, building learning culture, managing training operations and learning management system, as well as other relevant areas.
• Strong in L&D operational process and project management.
• Experiences in competency framework development, programme and curriculum design development.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
