Job Specification • Overall responsible for the QA/QC and R&D functions • To lead and ensure a productive and high-performance QA and R&D work environment • To provide effective and efficient technical support services to support the company’s business growth and operations. • To develop and revise the quality assurance framework for the company and to modify and improve the existing production standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), when necessary. • To collaborate with all departments, customer, suppliers and government regulatory bodies to ensure that quality is a high priority in the company. • To drive projects and processes to ensure compliance with the various food safety and hygiene standards and requirements. • To lead and report on quality audits, identify and resolve problems highlighted in yield reports. • Ensure that all food safety, quality related and non-compliance issues are investigated and that corrective measures are implemented and adhered to. • Oversee of GMP and food safety training for Production personnel. • To be involved in the feasibility study for setting-up overseas factories. • To perform new product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory and kitchen trials to commercialization, focusing especially on sauces. • To conduct continual improvement of existing products. • To conceptualize new and innovative products. • To source for new and alternative suppliers. • To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new and/or alternative raw materials. • To prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs. • Collaborate with the Marketing department to understand the customers’ needs and requirements and to also assist in troubleshooting customers’ technical issues (when necessary). • Ensure all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use. • To conduct product stability and shelf-life studies of new products. • To develop innovative solutions to help grow and value-add to customers’ requirements, ensuring that any solutions provided are within the stipulated cost parameters and manufacturing capability. • To facilitate the handover of new product(s) so as to ensure the smooth transition from test kitchen to Production. This includes liaising with the Technical / Production Manager to ensure that the product development fits the site capabilities. • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory. • Liaison with China customers and distributors to support China market. • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management. POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Manager will become an integral member of the leadership team of the business and HR (Asia) organization they are supporting and will improve human capital productivity and organizational effectiveness aligned with the organization’s business objectives. The HR Manager will partner with one or more business units or corporate functions. They will work closely with members of the business leadership team and HR peers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic and end-to-end operational HR support to business/country leaders within a country/countries.

• Work closely with the country/regional leadership team and contribute to the Business strategy driving the growth targets for the country/countries. This includes supporting organizational design and change management, developing a manpower and fixed cost plan, including staffing and skills requirements, building a Business culture and M&A activities

● Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, General ledger, Financial Reporting, Forecast, and Budget.

● Process accounts receivable and accounts payables transactions.

● Prepare quarterly GST returns for the clinics within the deadlines

Requirements:

APAC Commercial and Disease Area Manager

As the Commercial and Disease Area Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of the commercial disease strategy developed with the Commercial and Disease Area Lead, as well as assisting affiliates for the responsible disease area, across all customer areas to ensure commercialization success. You will be the business partners to regional teams, affiliates and global to identify focus areas, drive launches and programs to increase clinical uptake of Roche solutions in the responsible disease area. It is an integrated role; you will work closely with regional clinical stakeholders directly touching the patient journey in your disease area to shape the ecosystem and impact patient outcome in APAC

In this role, you will:

● Work with Commercial and Disease Area Lead to drive APAC disease strategy implementation by identifying gaps along the patient journey, with an aim to identify investment opportunities and to shape the ecosystem, and collaborate with Roche Pharma in jointly looking into opportunities as required

● Develop and drive sub-region/country disease strategy and focus area according to market maturity, with focus to drive and support local implementation, including clinician engagement initiatives.
