Job Requirements:

1) Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, with at least min. 2 years in

specialized Human Resource capacity, executive role. And with basic accounting knowledge.

3) Mature, discreet, meticulous and organised individual who is self-motivated and has a positive disposition.

4) Good command of English and proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Associates.

A good communicator who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5) Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

6) Able to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.

7) Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.

• Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests at the Concierge counter
• Visit patients, go the extra mile by offering assistance and recording feedback received
• Receive feedback from patients and visitors and provide appropriate service recovery
• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and at the driveway
• Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
• Ensure discharging patients are fetched as soon as possible and coordinate limousine pick-up
• Liaise with florist and other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement sets for designated patients
• Prepare ward visitation reports (as required)
• Conduct maternity and hospital tours (as assigned).
• Maintain records and reports of tours.
• Circulate VVIP list daily
• Assist with visa extension documentation for patients and their family members
• Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins
• Work with supervisors to ensure the assigned service stations are manned effectively
• Participate in projects and assist in events as assigned
• Perform any other duties or undertake other responsibilities as assigned by Customer Service executive and above

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min 1 to 2 years of customer service

5 days work, 2 off days

Able to commit weekends

42h per week

7am - 430pm ($12/h)

930am - 7pm ($12/h)

11am - 830pm ($12/h)

8pm - 730am ($16/h)
