1. Strong bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, data analytics; computer science, engineering, finance, economics etc

2. 5+ years experience leading programmes and developing policies. Experience with analytical tools (like Excel or SQL) to drive analytics and reporting. Data interpretation is required in this role.

3. Professional experience in Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk Analytics, Compliance, or Experience programmes

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. The Senior Manager /Associate Director of Client Accounting & Payroll Services will oversee the team rendering accounting and payroll services to our clients.

Job Descriptions:

· Work with clients on their outsourcing needs in accounting and payroll functions, provide fee quotes and finalise engagement letters.

· Prepare and review management accounts on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for clients from various industries including financial reports, unaudited financial statements, ad-hoc analysis to ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

· Review payroll calculations and manage cashflows of client trust fund.

· Knowledge of payroll legislation and employment law, including statutory requirements.

· Manage billings to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices.

· Manage job allocation and supervise team members on day-to-day basis by coaching, training and support where needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or professional accounting qualification
• Professional accounting designation (eg., CA Singapore, CPA) is preferred
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in mid-tier or large accounting firm
