Develop and nurture current and new regional clierelationships/sectors assigned to you.

Deliver and achieve the sales revenue target assigned

Identity and develop new business relationships and opportunities with the Team Lead

Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to Team Lead on current revenue and sales pipeline

Adopt and develop new ideas from company's advertising offerings to propose strategic recommendations for clients

Manage relationships and sales clients/agencies/trading desks, coordinating with multiple resources to close sales and deliver campaigns

Engage with colleagues in regional offices to exchange ideas, share information and execute campaigns

Requirements

Digital media advertising sales experience - regional and programmatic is a plus!

Experience selling into agencies and brand direct across APAC, ideally into SEA region

Experience in presenting, building strategic proposals (and the associated research) to close new business

Track record of success in a quota carrying environment

Working hours Mon-Sat 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead RTL design, simulation, and verification for TetraMem ASIC/SoC products, ensuring robustness.
• Integrate and validate IP blocks for seamless system functionality.
• Analyze requirements for Power, Performance, and Area (PPA), optimizing design trade-offs.
• Collaborate with backend team in RTL coding, implementation, and synthesis for successful tapeout.
• Create and maintain reusable IPs for AI/in-memory computing.
• Support Post-Si testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers to facilitate their professional growth.
• Contribute to design reviews for improved product performance and reliability.
• Stay current on RTL design methodologies for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product development.

Requirements:

• Minimum Master in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of working experience with emphasis on RTL/SoC/digital design.
• Proficient in Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Proficient in VCS, Verdi, or similar industry-standard tools.
• Skilled in pre-layout and post-layout simulation.
• Knowledgeable about the design flow and collaboration with backend teams.
• Familiar with AMBA APB and AXI protocols.
• Familiar with RISC/Arm or other core architectures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The digital marketing performance manager holds the accountability of the overall account performance and budget utilization for a portfolio of clients and ensures that the team works cohesively in developing, maintaining and optimizing performance marketing channels. Additionally, the mid-tier position is responsible in producing reports and insights along with recommending growth strategies and tactics for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a people leader with a strong strategic mindset, experience in project management, established communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines (paid and non-paid) and analytical mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Growth (40%)

• Frequently monitor performance dashboard and proactively maintain performance and budget pacing
• Measure and report performance of all channels and campaigns, and assess against goals to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of media plans and successful performance marketing strategies
• Maintain complete visibility on campaign opportunities and risks
• Provide recommendation on tactical developments and optimisations 
• Hands on campaign executions when required
• Remain constantly updated with company capabilities and service and upgrade knowledge on digital marketing solutions so as to effectively communicate all offerings to the client

Project Management (40%)

• Lead and brief multiple projects relating to marketing campaigns and creative

Qualification and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in client servicing and team lead capacity working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• At least 1 year of managing multiple marketing projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Technical and Soft Skills

• Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum
• Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite
• Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills
• Possess leadership and people development skills

Requirements:

• Min Secondary, Diploma in Business or related field
