We are looking to hire an Infrastructure Project Manager to drive IT infrastructure projects for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. The incumbent should have past exposure / background driving infrastructure projects in a bank / financial institution.

Job Description:

• PM experience in managing large scale projects for technology infrastructure services (such as datacenter / networking) in the banking / financial domain.
• Experience in managing project budgets with good understanding of P&L, Cash Flow forecasting and resource cost management.
• Possess past hands-on infrastructure experience such as server building, cabling, procurement, network switching, firewall configuration, racking, etc.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders with good communication skills.
• Lead, manage and implement projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Assist with regulatory / compliance requirements and business needs relating to the project.
• Support management of project budget and approvals using approved templates.
• Assessment of infrastructure requirements dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies working with the various technology SME’s.
• Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders, users, and vendors, etc.
• Support project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively.
• Identification of resources needed and working with various technology departments to assign individual roles & responsibilities.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports and minutes as required.
• Support corporate workplace driven weekend change events.

• Supervise and administer the organization's IT application landscape for enterprise applications, guaranteeing seamless operation and ongoing enhancements.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to recognize and tackle IT needs, ensuring smooth operations and seamless integration of technology.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Netsuite, Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Regional General Manager for Fragrance, you will work closely with country managers, local brand managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for the fragrance portfolio.
• Identify and recommend key action plans through trend and business analysis to optimize fragrance portfolio growth in each country in line with company, brands, and partners strategies.
• Responsibility of company’s P&L for fragrance portfolio, maximizing both sales and profits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners/internal stakeholders in regular dialogue to review performance. Identify needs and requirement to achieve mutual satisfaction
• Act as the regional key contact point to assigned business partners on any matters relating to the business/brands, serving as the link of communication between partners and internal teams
• Oversees all aspects of commercial activities and negotiation with business partners including budget planning, KPIs setting, contract negotiation, etc
• Conceptualize regional CRM campaigns to engage customers, build brand loyalty and increase transactions/brand engagements for fragrance category
• Lead in driving eCommerce/social selling projects regionally for fragrance portfolio
• Identify growth opportunities across the region
• Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders as required on business issues and progress

• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty/FMCG/luxury/consumer/retail industry preferred. Exposure to regional markets in SEA or APAC will be an advantage
• Strong expertise in driving business/brand strategy & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR, and market development)
• Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers and problem-solving
• Well-groomed, confident, and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit. Able to handle negotiations and meetings with higher level executives, both internally (eg., Country Managers) and externally (eg., Senior Executives from brand partners)
• Digitally savvy and familiar with various eCommerce and social commerce selling tools and platforms
• Fluent in English, any other Asian language an advantage to support business needs within Asia Pacific
• Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vLookup) and PowerPoint presentation
• A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Assistant Revenue Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT

• Support the Hotel Management and Director of Revenue Management to define the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFOMANCE

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM.

REVENUE FORCASTING

• Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for the future dates(by room and revenue by segment and day) based on the RM referenced systems recommendations and a daily monitoring of the data (portfolio, booking pick-up,events, calendar events)

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION

• Take daily decisions to optimise the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly. 

REVPRO CULTURE

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spread in the hotel, through the animation of weekly yield meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Pricing and distribution loading across all systems and tools
• Cover responsibilities for the Director of Revenue Management when out of the office
