Salary: $10k - $14k
Working Days: At least 4 days/week (Flexible working hours)

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions common to a general practice.
• Conduct medical examinations for statutory requirements.
• Conduct basic health screening and mental health counselling.
• Assist in the administration of the medical centre when the need arises.
• Option to do additional evening shifts and telemedicine.
• Any other tasks/responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Medical Director.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• Required to travel and attend to community home visit.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years' experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Experience in evaluation and design of technical architectures and processes
• Functional as well as technical knowledge of the common architecture and Cybersecurity frameworks and solutions
• Strong knowledge in secure development and SSDLC processes
• Knowledge of the Norms and Standards of the banking and cybersecurity industry

Other Value-added Competencies

• Advanced IT security certifications: CISSP / CISM / SANS Certification
• Operational Risk and Permanent Control

Job Description:

• Assist to process all work pass applications, renewals and cancellation on a timely basis, including arrangement of medical check-up, PCP etc.
• Assist to manage all work passes and foreign workers housing compliance matters.
• Arrange for purchase of Air Ticket for home leave and repatriation of foreign workers.
• Arrange for employees’ training matters.
• Process monthly payroll, overtime for workers on a timely basis.
• Maintain & update HR documents such as payroll, leave and claims and ensure accuracy and updated information on HR system and Personal-files.
• Assist in implementation of policies, procedures and best practices in HR functions.
• Other administrative duties which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Construction Industry is highly preferred.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Friendly can-do attitude.
• 5 days work/week.
