Roles & Responsibilities
- Procurement and issue Purchase Order.
- Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account
- HR Administer work - passes application/renewal, keep track workers courses etc.
- mthly payroll
- Basic account admin work - data entry with payments & invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Priority for the candidate with the following

1. Singaporean / SPr

2. 3years working experience in construction field especially steel, alum, glazing works.

Qualification : 'N' Level, ITE, and above

Experience : Min 2 years of experience in general Logistics operation

Good communication skills to provide good customer service support .

Able to support admistrative works to ensure all proper record of documents.

Handle E-commerce incoming goods .

Working hour : Mon to Fri ( 9am to 6pm )

Salary and remimuration in accordance to experience and job function.

Experience in Food and beverages industries

Able to promote and market on the food packaging products

Basic knowlegdge on SFA requirements

Good adminstrative skills

Sales and commission incentive given

Develop sales skills and explain product knowledge to customer

Knowledge on social media marketing

Min 'O' Level or Higher Nitec

Min 2 years experience in sales and marketing

Work location: 2 Marina Blvd/Sengkang Grand Mall

Workdays: 6 days per week

Working hours: 12 hours per day following the mall operation hours

Monthly Salary: S$2,300

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily shop operations, including maintaining a tidy and clean shop environment during the opening and closing.
2. Respond to customer queries professionally and follow the job process stated in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Check all the receiving cleaning/dry cleaning items carefully and make necessary remarks.
4. Issue invoices, ensure all payments received are correct, and tally with POS.
5. Check customer’s receipts and prepare all wash/dry clean items accurately for the customer.
6. Input all customers’ details into the system to enable communication with customers as necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to read and write English and Chinese as you need to communicate with internal team members and customers. You must write the remarks correctly.
2. A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience or working in customer service is welcome to apply.
3. Available to work various shifts, including weekends.
4. Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and confident way of greeting customers.
5. A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
6. Capability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
7. Willing to work/rotate between Marina Blvd and Sengkang Grand Mall.
