Performance Management:

HR Services & Compliance:

• Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and compliant with personal data protection regulations.
• Deliver HR initiatives for business units in alignment with HR guidelines and local laws, balancing compliance with operational needs.

Regional Support:

• Assist the Senior HR Regional Manager in collaborating with SEA Regional HR teams on strategies and organization-wide projects.
