As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Dealing with sales enquiries, liaising with parents and existing students, and
• Handling Email, Phone and walk-in enquiries
• Familiar with class packages
• Collecting fees, registering new students
• Checking attendance records
• Any duties as assigned

You must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven work experience in a customer service / sales role is preferred. Passion for kids and engaging parents are a plus.
