HR & Admin Executive Position

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee records and assist with new hire onboarding
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Generate HR review reports and facilitate HR reviews

• Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Spearhead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
