3. Candidate Relationship Management:

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various departments.

5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.

Production Planner

Working hours: 5 Days， 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
• Plan material based on production needs
• Manage inventory levels optimally
• Track production schedule for timely delivery
• Coordinate with testing team and schedule production staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year in electronics manufacturing
• Communicate and collaborate with internal customers, purchasing team, and subcontractors
• Material planning for production needs
• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems
• Basic supervisory skills

Operation Assistant (Store & QC)

• Salary: $2200 - $2500
• Working days: 5.5days
• Working hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.45pm

Store

• Responsible for the day to day store operations.
• Maintain an effective control system to ensure smooth flow of tools/materials.
• Maintain proper records of all items received and issues.
• Timely compilation of necessary reports.
• Provide proper labeling for new items.
• Close inventory and prepare closing and transaction reports at the end of the month.
• Handle the returned tools/materials from shipping division to stock-room.
• Ensure proper layout and easy access of stocks in the store.
• Perform stock counts and updates stock card periodically.
• Ensure high standard of security in the store and receiving section.
• Raise discrepancy report when necessary.
• Follow up on shortage report.
• Replenish stock when necessary.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and overall maintenance of the store and equipment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior or the management.

QC

• Perform QC Inspection (for in-coming, in-process or out-going) as outlined in the Quality Plan, work instructions and/or procedures.
• Ensure quality meets the specifications and requirements (e.g. inspect supplied products and ensure conformity as per our said requirements and/or purchasing specifications).
• Support daily business operations of warehouse.
• Managing incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Checking, inspecting, photo taking of goods received and ensuring the quantity are accurate.
• Involve daily operations to pick, pack, receive, wrap, seal, label, and issue of goods.
• Perform stock taking accurately.
• Basic housekeeping duties.
• Any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Managers.

With a manufacturing facility located in the North of Singapore, they are currently seeking a HR Manager to lead the end to end HR full spectrum responsibilities within the plant. This role will report directly into the Global HR Director and manage 1 direct report.

Job Description

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of vacancies
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes
• Manage the annual performance review process and provide guidance to managers on goal-setting and performance improvement
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
• At least 8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Info-tech system will be an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
