Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire sourcing process of both local and overseas purchases
• Perform daily operational purchasing matters and coordinate shipping documentation, logistics, and schedules, including import permit declaration.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Monitoring contracts renewal period, variation orders & vendor management
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Liaising with stakeholders, arrange and conduct meetings with vendors.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
• Other ad-hoc related tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager
• Training provided

Job Description

• Registration of patients & ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into system
• Dispensing of medication according to doctor's prescription
• Assist in other Ad-hoc & general administrative duties

Requirement:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills
