Requirements:

The Assistant Director, Human Resources at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine holds a pivotal position in forming strategic HR partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring the seamless alignment of HR functions with the University's policies and guidelines for Executive and Administrative staff. This leadership role involves spearheading a team of HR Business Partners to implement HR initiatives that address and fulfill business needs through innovative HR solutions.
