• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements
• Reviewing human resources policies and procedures
• Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance
• Prepare and discuss on regular HR reports

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of integrity and discipline
• Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
• Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
• Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• JobStreet and /or LinkedIn self-source proficiency
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.

Remuneration:

• Location: Pioneer
• Salary: Up to $4,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and issuing Letters of Appointment (LOAs) and medical chits.
• Manage and handle Work Pass applications and renewals.
• Oversee new employee onboarding and staff exit management processes.
• Process monthly and ad hoc payroll for approximately 80 employees, ensuring timely approval from management.
• Address login and leave application issues, and maintain employee records within the HR system (JustLogin).
• Facilitate training coordination and provide administrative support for employees.
• Support company events and manage festive decorations.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labor legislation.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
