Job Scope:
• Liaise with divisions on mails, courier and other postal services required
• Liaise with vendors on the collection of mails and courier services required
• Sort and distribute incoming mails and couriers (into the respective pigeonholes)
• Perform updates (i.e. data entry) of incoming mails, outgoing mails and outgoing couriers in intranet portal
• Process mails, couriers and postage invoices on a monthly basis
• Handle requests for and issuance of office supplies
• Any other tasks required by Records Management team.
Requirements:
• At least three years of work experience (experience in despatch/mailroom services would be an advantage)
• Minimum Nitec qualification.
• Meticulous and a team player

Working hours:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
