What a HCD Design Senior Manager does at Visa Consulting and Analytics

• You will drive co-creation of new solutions and digital journeys, by leveraging design principles and HCD approach

• Communicate visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and concepts.

• You will join engagement teams serving our clients and gain exposure to a spectrum of topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and deadline driven.

• You will work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants/designers, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive  research, source data, lead cocreations  and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.

• Rapidly convert ideas into working prototypes, meshing-together solutions/capabilities that exist within Visa or externally.

• Conduct and/or support in-depth market testing using various qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Develop a nuanced understanding of emerging digital payment trends as well as Visa’s capabilities and be able to apply them to clients’ business problems to actively engage with clients and co-develop meaningful solutions to address their challenges.

• You will also present results to internal Visa stakeholders, client management and at-times implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

• Contribute to key Practice building initiatives – Capability / IP generation, training, mentorship, team initiatives.

The University is seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join the Auxiliary Services team, responsible for overseeing transport services including campus shuttle buses, car parks, and EV charging facilities for the University.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the governance and administration of contracts with vendors for bus services, car parking, and EV charging.
• Maintain relationships with key University stakeholders and relevant government authorities.
• Develop and manage the transport budget, prepare reports, and monitor financial targets.
• Track and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contract terms and seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.
• Implement campus mobility plans and collaborate with service providers to explore new opportunities.
• Represent the University in inter-departmental working groups to conduct feasibility studies, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Develop a technology roadmap in alignment with transportation plans to enhance efficiency and eco-friendliness.
• Manage staff and external service providers to ensure high-quality frontline services and project support.
• Benchmark departmental practices against industry standards, advise on market developments, and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Act as the University Safety Liaison Representative on the Health & Safety Committee.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field; diploma holders with significant experience in transportation functions will also be considered.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, contract management, financial transactions, and operations management, preferably in the transport sector or an educational institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skill and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;
