• Conduct regular maintenance activities such a system inspection/monitoring, system backup, disk space monitoring and housekeeping, patching and upgrading of various software and Operating systems.
• Handle related software projects and processes.
• Analyze customer function, hardware design or system design requirements and create or update software requirement specification accordingly
• Liaise with various sub-vendors in the delivery and work to be carried out to ensure that all are in accordance with the agreed schedule
• Knowledge of setting up a service monitoring system is preferred.
• Prepare maintenance related documents such as maintenance reports, incident reports , etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in networking technologies and ability to configure/maintain network equipment
• Experienced in Windows system administration
• Good communication skills both verbal and written for English
• Team player and willing to learn
• Able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and good time management skills
• MS SQL database experience
• Provide good rapport and support to customers
• Assist to prepare documents on delivery of goods etc.

• To support the sales team in all admin duties.
