Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Control and handle movement of goods within warehouse
• Handle returned goods from customers
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to the SOPs
• Assist to carry out collection and distribution when required
• Receive, check shipments and store goods according to SOPs in well and accurate manner
• Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of shipment arrival
• Replenish of goods onto shelves
• Proper house-keeping of assigned area in warehouse
• Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least "N" Level or NiTEC, in any field.
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above
• Able to operate electric stacker/forklift will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible and attention to detail

Job Description:

1. Document preparation using SAP ERP;

· Attend to Administration emails from Persons in Charge (PIC);

· Prepare project quotations to clients;

· Generate purchase orders to suppliers;

· Issue Invoices to clients;

2. Document preparation using MS Word and Excel

· Respond to emails from PICs or senior accounts staff

· Prepare letters relating to tender submissions and progress claim

· Prepare and update monthly Project Quotation status for management

· Create any other required documents

3 Ad hoc duties may include:

· Arrange import and export shipping with Fed-EX or appointed shipping companies

· Prepare supplier evaluation form for PICs to evaluate on half-yearly basis

· Handle vehicle related matters such as update of company drivers list, purchase of new vehicles, renewing of vehicles’ insurance and road tax.

· Handle company drivers matter such as road accidents or traffic offences from our drivers.

Project Coordinator (Assistant to Project Manager)

Salary: Up to $4000

Working hours: 44hours a week

Working Location: Tanah Merah Coast Road / Changi Area

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for documenting all relevant project information, including meeting minutes, contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.

Job Details:

1. Performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, minutes meeting, answering phone calls, and organizing project data.
2. Preparing and organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans.
3. Communicating with project stakeholders including managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements.
4. Collecting, reviewing, and tracking project progress and performance reports.
5. Updating project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics.
6. Ensuring that project documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for those who need to access it.
7. Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects.
8. Assist in creating and managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project.
9. Assist in monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
10. Assisting the project team in any other duties that may arise to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Basic requirements:

1. Knowledge in construction industry will be highly advantageous.
2. Should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
3. Knowledge of MS Office / AutoCad / Minutes of Meeting
4. Able to work closely with suppliers to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a smooth and successful procurement process.
5. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in related discipline.
