Job Description

• Assist Project Manager with coordinating, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones

· Experience in cooking South indian food like idly,dosi & Meals Etc.

· Ability to follow SOP’s and detailed recipes.

· Knowledge of varieties of Indian Spice.

· Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.

· Ensure the food quality and the presentation.

· Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.

· Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.

· Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.

· Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.

· Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading, managing and motivating a team of Leaders & Operators to achieve daily production targets in output, quality, delivery and cycle time.
• Overall resource planning and allocation for Operation departments.
• Plan, organize and control for daily Operations and execute work effectively.
• Responsible for continuous improvement programmes to improve on quality, productivity and delivery.
• Plan and organize manpower requirements for the department to achieve maximum efficiency and performance.
• Estimating, Negotiating and agreeing Budgets and Timescales with Stakeholders.
• Recommend and verify the implementation of product non-conformity solution.
• Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations are met
• Handle customer feedbacks and enquiries.
• Responsible for corrective and preventive action.
• Plan and arrange preventive and forced maintenance on plant machinery.
• Ensure and implement good 5S housekeeping and compliance safety measures in the plant as required.
• Determining Production Quality Control Standards
• Study Energy usage patterns and find ways to save energy.
• Monitor and appraise the individual worker’s performance.
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the company.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of working experience in manufacturing/factory/operation background.
• Experienced in laundry industry will be an added advantage
