• Prepare budget planning, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
• Work closely with the M&E team to manage the building’s facilities and equipment.
• Prepare, call, evaluate, and administer quotations and tenders for preventive & corrective maintenance, repairs & replacement works, services and supplies, and advise on selecting suitable vendors specialists and award such quotations and tenders.
• Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements and update the building’s policies and compliance regularly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable.
• Conduct and lead the fire evacuation drills and tabletop exercises in compliance with SCDF’s regulations, including fire inspections by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Budget Control and Preparation for Operations and Capital Expenditures
• Liaise with all relevant authorities on the building, apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates. Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence, and documents.

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Good team player and able to work independently
