• Reports to assigned BME supervisors in the commissioning of medical equipment, managing breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, and decommissioning of medical equipment in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technical support to user departments in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment.
• Supervise the specialist vendors and appointed contractors on medical equipment maintenances to ensure quality of works and compliance to required standards.
• Update and collect feedback form user department regularly on the maintenance, performance, reliability and quality of medical equipment.
• Check, analyse and investigate faults / complaints / hazards on medical equipment and assist assigned BME supervisors in mapping out and implementation of required action plans.
• Ensure quality of works conform to standards and practices that the hospital subscribes to, including other quality initiatives driven by hospital and department
• Manage stock and spares for front line technical support and assist stock supervisor in documentations.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in engineering
• Min 1 to 2 years of service engineering / Biomedical engineer from healthcare industry

ACP is looking out for a HR Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be task with a broad spectrum of HR duties and functions, as well as have the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team. 1. Recruitment (~50%)

• Roles to hire for: Full-time IT roles (e.g. ICT Trainers, Software Developers, eLearning Specialist, Business Analyst), Traineeships and Internships
• End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, qualifying candidates and conducting of first round of interviews
• Provide feedback and evaluation of first round of interviews to Hiring Manager, Internal and External Stakeholders
• Maintain a talent pipeline to call upon when required

2. Retention (~35%)

• Strategic planning of deployment / movement / replacement of seconded staff to ensure continual placement client’s site
• Monitor employee’s progress and ensuring the company culture stays positive and productive
• Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required
• Assist with monthly payroll and government programmes claims (e.g. traineeship)

3. Retraining (~15%)

• Work closely with Internal Stakeholder to roll out HR Initiative that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees
• Gather training needs of new hires and work with them on the trainings to be completed
• Engage fellow colleagues on a regular basis to assess and provide any ad-hoc trainings that can be provided

A Successful Candidate should have/be:

• Possess a degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with no relevant experience may still apply and will be further vetted on a case-by-case basis
• Comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders
