Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates.
• Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and new customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
• Working closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and being part of store events. Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in store management in the jewellery / luxury retail environment.
• Prior experience in the luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills.
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to work with us for our client in veterinary hospital. The position will support the daily HR operations within the veterinary hospital. The role involves handling payroll preparation, recruitment and sourcing, employee engagement and data management for our HRMS. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, leave management and ensuring HR policies are followed.
• Handle employee inquiries and support the administrative needs of the HR department.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Manage and verify attendance, overtime and leave records for payroll processing.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires for various positions within the clinic.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs to enhance workplace culture.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support data management for the HRMS, ensuring that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Generate HR reports as required for compliance and operational needs.

Requirements

Job Description

· Pfiles are stored in a room with high and low cabinets. Candidate will be required to climb up to reach the high cabinets (close to ceiling level) using a ladder provided

· Candidate will be required to move the Pfiles from one room to another using a trolley. Each Pfile is quite light; no need for candidate to carry any heavy boxes.

· Candidate will be in the Pfile room by himself/herself most of the time

· The Pfile room is air-conditioned, without window

· Laptop will be provided for temp staff to enter the data
