About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (6 months contract maternity cover) to manage HR operations within our organisation. This role will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing of assigned subsidiaries and other payroll-related matters
• Ensure HR operational excellence by delivering high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, work pass applications and renewals.
• Responsible for the regular maintenance of confidential personnel records and HR reports
• Develop effective communication and relationships with stakeholders to achieve seamless operations
• Regularly evaluate HR workflows for optimization and increased productivity
• Participate in the development and execution of HR strategies, systems, and projects
• Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organizational goals
• Support the review and update of Employee Handbook regarding policies and procedures
• Provide support in ad-hoc HR initiatives/ projects and tasks as and when required

Job Requirements

• Available to start within short notice and able to commit full-time for 6 months
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR Management or Business Administration/Management
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, meticulous and good organization skills
• Excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads with tight deadlines
• Proactive and energetic; ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Proficient in MS Office Skills

We are seeking a motivated HR administrator to join our dynamic team, to further hone and develop skills to become a HR business partner. You will play a crucial role in developing operational excellence in HR, from performance management and compensation & benefits to payroll processing and employee relations, and get to partner with key stakeholders across the organization.

You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including:

● Onboarding and Exit process: Develop and manage talent through effective onboarding and feedback mechanisms. Facilitate smooth exits for departing employees through effective processes and support programs.

● Payroll & Reimbursements: Oversee accurate payroll processing, manage reimbursements, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

● Performance Management & Compensation: Assist with performance management programs, compensation plans, and benefits administration.

● Talent Management: Develop and manage communication plans for performance reviews and employee benefits. Analyze feedback on HR programs and recommend improvements.

● HR Compliance: Stay updated on and implement prevailing labour laws and regulations. Advise line managers on employment contracts and support employees with benefits and claims.

● Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:

● A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

● Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

● Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

● Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support review of client's functional competency framework:
• Reduce number of functional competencies and updating in excel templates for uploading into HR system
• Re-organise of functional competencies according to latest organisation structure
• Support digitalisation project for physical P-files:
• Sorting and organising of documents to digitalise
• Tagging and categorising of the digital p-files
• File organisation of the digital p-files in the correct locations
• Support other administrative tasks, where needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Strong familiarity with MS Excel
• Able to work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Good communication and written skills

Working Arrangement:

8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
