Scope:

Requirements:

• ACTA certification
• Diploma/Degree from a recognised insitution
• Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
• At least 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development is ideal
• Experience in Workforce Planning preferred.
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
