• Implement and master new technology software to help with company processes, including tools for communication, collaboration and reporting
• Explore and implement opportunities for events, initiatives and programmes beneficial for the company
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning

What we need from you:

• Singaporeans (or no sponsorship required to work in Singapore) preferred
• At least 6 years’ experience in HR and Administrative matters with a Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resource Management

Responsibilities:

• Posting of recruitment advertisements
• Ensure and maintain good brand and communication consistency for all company materials and collaterals
• Scheduling of interviews
• Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc
• Manage office sundry purchases
• Reports generation
• Payroll administration
• Work pass administration
• Provide general administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year experience and above is preferred
• Good to have experience in construction industry or similar industry
• Possess a keen interest in human resources
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines

You will need:
