• Position : Project Executive/ Manager (Experience in Construction Industry)- ALL WELCOME
• Location : Woodlands Sector 2, (Nearest MRT: Admiralty MRT)
• Working hours : 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $5000 (Basic Salary $3200 + up to $10,000 Commission)
• Duration : Contract : Renew every 2 years, pay increment every 6 months
• Industry : Construction / Scaffolding

Main Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
• Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
• Weekly visits site meeting when required.
• Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
• Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible
• Able to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
