Job Summary:

The HR Admin will support the Human Resources department by managing and organizing employee personnel files (p-files), ensuring the accuracy of employee data, and assisting in the revamping of HR data management system. Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee:P-Files Management:

• Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files.

2. Data: Verification and Collection:

• Communicate with employees to verify the accuracy of their personal and employment data

3. SharePoint Data Revamp:

• Assist in the restructuring and updating of HR data on SharePoint.
• Ensure that all HR data on SharePoint is current and accurately reflects the latest information.
• Ensure all hard copy employee data are available on SharePoint

4. HR Employee Data Internal Audit:

• Conduct an internal audit of employee data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and work with relevant parties to rectify any issues.

5. Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
