• Manages and initiates own group and its daily financial/accounting/tax operations including investment operation process, strategic equity re-organization in this region.
• Provides financial information and resolves issues in relation to profitability and treasury requirements for the company and affiliated companies in this region.
• Directs preparation of financial statements and management reports for presentation to the Board of Directors that summarizes the financial position and profit forecasts for the company.
• Advises on investment strategies such as merger and acquisition deals for the affiliated companies in the region, including investment funding, accounting, cash flow management and distribution of earnings.
• Responsible for taxation matters such as coordinating the preparation and filing of tax returns and government negotiation/correspondence with Economic Development Board for the company.
• Responsible for activating internal controls within the affiliated companies in the region and making compliance reflected into their company policies, including conducting audits and investigations where necessary to ensure adherence with financial policy and standards.

Requirements

• Deep and extensive knowledge of oil & gas industry
• Minimum 5years of working experience in charge of budget control and analysis in finance & accounting section for the listed Oil & Gas companies.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in charge of accounting and finance in coal mining section for the listed companies
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in charge of financial matters for the listed Oil & Gas companies.
• Bachelor of Commerce or Finance degree
• Proficiency in Japanese and English languages required to handle financial documents written in Japanese & English and for daily communications with colleagues and stakeholders in headquarters.

Job Description

• Work with Customers and counterparts on new bellow assembly design as well as their applications.
• Study and analyze customer design requirement, specifications, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and tooling/equipment requirements
• Review and approve design of new products using 3D CAD modelling
• Review and approve the manufacturing processes of new product, shop floor router, Work Instructions and standard operating procedures
• To check the drawings accuracy and release for prototype development and mass production.
• Ensure on time completion of NPI activities, to co-ordinate and follow through FAI build to identify potential issues and take preventive actions accordingly.
• Review and approve Bill of Material and routing for new part numbers in ERP system.
• Perform product validation according to the product design specification and customer requirements.
• Work with vendors to fabricate and test functional prototypes of new products, component changes and design improvements.
• Liaise with customer for Engineering Change, raises ECN and co-ordinate with internal personnel to ensure smooth implementation.
• Lead and ensure CIP/Kaizen projects meet cost savings targets,reduce cycle time ,improve yield and are implemented on time
• Participate in cost reduction activities by evaluating design simplification, alternate materials and change of supplier.
• Work with Facility team for implementation of Automation project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCad.
• Familiar with welding technology, material science, machining and stamping parts fabrication processes, with exposure in FEA
