Main Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
• Develop and execute the MIS strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals

• Preferably with experience in POS or Retail industry
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, IT or other technical degrees
• At least 10 years' experience in a product related role within physical security including product management, sales or technical sales roles.
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and analytics
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Experience with generating reporting dashboards such as Power BI or other reporting tools
