The Job

• Oversee all project management aspects, ensuring operational and administrative procedures are followed.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, costs, and documentation.
• Lead construction planning efforts, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to maintain progress per the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
• Monitor project adherence to the company's ISO system and relevant standards.
• Manage subcontractors' submissions of method statements, drawings, materials, and mock-ups, ensuring they align with company directives.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in project management, including planning, cost control, and documentation.
• Experience with MEP/DfMA drawings (Revit, AutoCAD, IFC, etc.).
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, and resolve project-related issues.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Teams and Email.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work progress aligns with established KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products / services in relevant to pipeline services

• Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs

• Perform engineering calculations to support design work

• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors

• Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process • Propose value engineering methods with the clients to interpret their requirements and represent them in the field

• Plan and execute Mechanical / Electrical / Fire / Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule

• Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget

• Provide technical submission of proposal / drawings / MOS / RA etc

• Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions

• Assist in creating statistical reports for management.

• Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical pipeline engineering

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Good software usage in Autocad / Solidwork / Revit / BIM etc software

• Proficient in MS Office
