Job Description
The main responsibilities entail marketing and delivering various HR consultancy services, as well as developing projects and presenting proposals to clients in order to generate revenue. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize their expertise in HR to provide effective and innovative solutions to clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. Additionally, they will need to process excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Provide services related to HR policy consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR related services to clients mainly in Asia Oceania region (mostly internal clients under Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) group), lead or advise consulting team members and develop/upgrade the knowledge and quality of service of the consulting team.
(1) Manage HR consulting projects and provide HR related services;
· Develop and design HR policies by providing professional service or/and managing consultants/assistants; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management and etc., to solve clients’ issues.
· Conduct job evaluation.
· Execute/instruct whole HR consulting project; make proposal, plan whole schedule, arrange meetings, analyze logically HR related data, lead and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project.
· Provide professional advice on miscellaneous labor issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department.
(2) Support implementation and operation of standard HR policy (MC Global HR Framework) for MC offices
(3) Implement MC global HR policy to MC Branch Offices mainly in Asia Oceania Region and support operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, training of HR managers/staff at each office
(1) Relationship management
Build trustful relationship with clients, partners, parent companies and other stakeholders
Attending business trips as per the project requirements and delegation by the Management, with the objective of fostering positive client relationships
(2) Any other ad hoc or additional and/or different tasks or duties e.g.,assisting recruitment of MC group companies, supporting implementation of HRIS as per delegated by the Management
Requirements
· High level knowledge, skills and experience in HR consulting, Deep understanding of Singapore labour law. Knowledge of organizational design, HR due diligence, global HR is preferred.
· At least 5 - 10 years’ experience as Consultant or Manager in HR Consultancy firm, HRBP or planning role in non-Consultancy firm will be considered.
- Experience in HR Management, Project Management in HR policy implementation, Learning and Development role with proven track record of achievements in areas such as developing leadership learning journey or competency-based learning solutions. Job evaluation is desirable.
· High proficiency in Business English and Japanese (listening, speaking, reading and writing) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with Japanese and/or local staff in MC HQ, MC branches and subsidiaries, HLC, MC group companies in Asia and Oceania region and other stakeholders.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, PPT, OUTLOOK, Teams, Forms, Share Point, Power Automate and etc.
