Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are seeking a Honesty Responsibility and reliable Assistant Human Resources Administrative officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Assistant Human Resources, Admin, Basic Account and payrolls, prepare employment contract, and Project Claims, and also knowledge in terms of constructions firm, projects, building and etc. Candidate needed to have Constructions Experience to report HR Management and Director any follow any daily HOC Duties as followed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for company compliance, office affairs and WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and provided HR for all the Foreigners Pass Applications.

2. Provides administrative support for the HR Management.

3. Prepare Employment Contract/ Payrolls/etc.

4. Remind the HR Management of important tasks and deadlines.

5. Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the Directors/HR Management.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English & Chinese in terms of writing, speaking, listen, Communication.

2. Mature and Reliable with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.

3. Sincerely and Honesty.

4. 5.5 days Per Week, 9pm -6pm/9am- 1pm.

· Perform general warehouse activities

· Handle all pick and pack activities

· Update warehouse management system

· Assist in daily and monthly cycle count

· Perform good housekeeping within the area of work

· Comply with standard operating procedures

· Comply with warehouse safety and health rules

· Manage day to day operations - Inbound & Outbound flow from pick up to drop off site.

· Support sales personnel and assist in preparing and publishing quotations.

· Ensure On-time pickup &delivery, reliable execution and accurate forecasting

· Ownership of job scope - coordinate with multiple vendors and customers and compilation of business information including transport tariffs.

· Execute contingency routing/ resolution that minimizes cost and meets brand service level

· Effectively manage and escalate client's requests to increase customer satisfaction.

· Work closely with project sales team to create/initiate action plans as appropriate to resolve repetitive service issues.

· Responsible for communication of logistics execution.

· Identify opportunities to improve logistics services and make recommendations for process improvement.

· Cooperate with various Departments and overseas agents/offices to provide timely update to customers

· You will be measured by how well you pay attention to detail, communicate with cross functional teams, prioritize multiple tasks, follow through projects to completion, come up with creative ideas that make processes more efficient, and adapt to an ever changing fast paced environment.

· Ensure compliance with all Customs and other trade regulatory formalities.

· Establish ongoing processes for reconciling original shipping quotes with freight invoices and cost sheet

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
• Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
• Able to cook vietnamese cuisine, snackes, spring roll, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Visit existing customers, develop new customer base with marine and offshore industries.
• Secure enquiries /orders to meet the sales targets.
• Follow up on the orders till delivery completion.
• Prepare quotations and tenders.
• Perform market research surveys amongst client base to seek feedback on sales and service techniques, follow-up methods and quality of after sales service.
• General administrative sales tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience from the marine industry and technical experience is essential.
• At least 1 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry.

We are looking for an HR Manager, who will be responsible for the full HR spectrum of strategic HR functions in the company which includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition & development, compensation & benefit, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, staff well-being & other HR related matters.

What you will be working on:

• Lead an HR team and provide support and liaise with other department members on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR-related matters
  • Assist the Managing Director execute their business plan from an HR perspective.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Planning and implementation for effective use of human resources for carrying out construction projects.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Provide HR-related reports to the management not but limited to budget forecasting.
  • Plan and implement HR strategies and policies to seek constant improvement in the HR Department for better towards the organization's goals as determined by the organization.
  • Oversee and manage payroll-related matters, and expatriates’ related administrations.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance.
  • Administrative arrangement for training opportunities both internally & externally, and manage training records.
  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions of all legal and regulatory applications and claims required by Singaporean laws, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
  • Liaise with Government agencies on HR-related applications, claims, surveys and relevant funding.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.

What we're looking for:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR management experience and at least a few years in leading an HR team.
  • Working experience in local construction companies with more than 200 employees would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all levels.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment, labour laws and immigration laws in Singapore.
  • Ability to take initiative and take ownership of any given project.
  • Must be fluent in English and computer literate.

Job Description

• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations, and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
• Preparation of Employment contract, memos, and other necessary letters & correspondence
• Liaising with dormitory, vendors and related parties, and internal customer
• Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant
• Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process
• Maintain & update the HR system
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing, and registration
• Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events, etc

Job Requirement

• Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
