Responsibilities:

· Handle full spectrum of HR function.

· Submission of payroll & issuance of payslip to employees.

· Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.

· To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.

· Prepare all employment-related documents, eg. employment contact, letter etc.

· On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.

· Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.

· Organize corporate events.

· Review and update HR Policies.

· Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.

· Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements：

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate

· Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

This role will support an integrated, value-based approach to human resources management, aligned to annual and long-term strategic business and HR initiatives in a large organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Human Resource Business Partners in providing HR insights and advice to the business on all people related issues and initiatives

• Improve employee experience and engagement through different communication channels and throughout the employee lifecycle
• Advise and support managers in employee performance management and development
• Develop an effective talent pipeline that addresses the organization's succession plan
• Ensure L&D activities are planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs.
• Partner with Compensation and Benefits team to regularly review market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures, internal relativity and equity to ensure competitiveness
• Review workflow processes to increase the efficiency within the HR teams
• Review HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation and/or organizational changes to increase efficiency
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, diversity and positive employee experience
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
• Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
• Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in supporting business units with a true blend of strategic and hands-on operational responsibilities
• A good team player, positive, people oriented and enjoys meeting and talking to people
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with good business acumen
• Previous experience in leading a project from scratch and driving to completion
• Confident with ambiguity and having an agile & flexible mindset
• Independent and a quick-learner with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrated effective people and workload management skills

Human Resources Director

Reporting directly to higher management, you will lead a team of Human Resource Business Partners to identify, develop, and drive key initiatives which include talent acquisition, talent/performance management, workforce and succession planning, manpower review, industrial relations as well as rewards and recognition. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, monitoring and implementing the full range of HR Business Partnering and HR Operations services to the organization, ensuring that they are effective and in accordance with the trading and manufacturing’s HR principles and policy. • Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment. Knowledge of the trading and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
