Job Description

• Oversees the full recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
• Facilitates manpower planning and budgeting exercise
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Resolve Employee Grievances and manage Disciplinary issues
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local regulations
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Support HR projects/ initiatives as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education with bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related area
• Minimum 4-6 years of Human Resource Management Experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
• Ability to apply HR strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with expertise in managing payroll, pass applications and compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have local knowledge and a proven track record in handling HR tasks. This role involves guiding and advising the team on best practices to ensure compliance and streamline HR processes.

• Ensure all HR processes comply with MOM regulations and provide timely updates on policy changes.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to advise and guide the team effectively.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an HR role focused on MOM compliance or immigration processes is highly desirable.
