Overview:

As a Customer Service Officer, the candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving. Resposible for handling inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience for the University Campus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Admissions and Scholarships enquiries via email and telephone 
• Attend walk-in Admissions and Scholarships enquiries (if required) 
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in a Contact Centre / education sector preferred.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, IE) and Zoom

Specifications:

• Location: Instituition located in the West
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Management (1 – 3 Pax of L1 – L2 System Engineers) & scheduling them for system maintenance plans
• Providing hands-on L2 – L3 IT System Technical Support (as and when team members need assistance/ guidance)
• Managing customers feedbacks, requests and incidents
• Preparing and issuing monthly project reports using Digitalization/ BI Tools (relating to SLAs, KPIs, Financial Targets, etc.)
• Actively participating in (or preparing) project tenders
• Managing and configuring (of Splunk products) for project system
• Conducting Operation Meetings with (internal/ external) customers as well as vendors, as and when required to
• Other relevant duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3 – 4 years of IT System Engineering (L2 – L3) experiences (in some of the followings: System, Network, Cloud, Radio Communications, etc.) & leadership working experiences (minimum 1 year)
• Must have Class 3 Driving License with Good driving record [to be able to drive around to different work sites]
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Comfortable and able to provide 24/7 technical support (in case of urgency and after office-hours)
• Advantageous to have, but not a must have:

1. Experienced in using BI Tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) for project reporting purposes
2. CCNA certification (or higher)
