• Assist in managing a host of projects and events in community management that involve equipping the public with knowledge and skills.
• Liaise with external stakeholders in various collaborations with other agencies
• Responsible for reviewing internal work processes to align with work objectives.
• Ensure the prompt and accurate reporting of statistics for documentation and/or meetings.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to materialise deliverables required
• Assist to man the feedback and generic email accounts
• Assist in any other projects or work processes as required

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• Past Experience in Public Sector Administration preferred
• Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
