Duties:

• Management of HR matters such as recruitment process, training grants, new employees onboard orientation, exit interview, intern students' application, employees’ leave, expenses, medical, and other benefits.
• To develop continuous HR improvement and etc.
• To assist to provide in following up good communication and even secretarial support to staff, HOD, and superiors for continuous improvement.
• To assist and ensure all HR and production administration and support on all relevant updates, proper quality, and quantity performance at all times.
• Handle Accounts transactions, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and monthly accounts report submission for both the main company and other entities.
• Manage the general office administration including the basic needs of the employees.
