We are looking for a Senior / HR Executive who will be responsible for providing HR support for the full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Serve as key contact regarding HR policies, programs, practices, and implementation at the line level as well as provide operational support and direction to employees.
· Facilitate and support the roll out of HR initiatives and projects.
· Participate in HR automation projects, supporting HR Analytics and consolidation of HR data.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
· Great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and proficiency.
· Able to work very independently in a vibrant environment.
· IT savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Masters / Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent in Human Resources or any relevant field
· Collaborative and comfortable working in a matrix structure with multiple priorities.
· Resourceful and possess strong initiative to motivate changes for continuous improvement.
